Thinking of You

Hello, Bravehearted Beauties! You’re on my heart today.

You know that feeling when someone is on your heart, and you don’t know why, but you just feel like you have to tell them? Well, it’s you today. And while I can’t imagine that telling you through the internet will make a difference in your day, I’ve learned that when people are on your heart, it’s good to tell them. There’s usually a reason.

So, brave and beautiful ones, I’m thinking of you. Though I don’t know each of you by name, I know One who does. And as I sit here thinking of you broadly, there is One who is thinking of you so specifically, personally and affectionately.

I feel honored to get to share in God’s heart for you today.

  • Maria - This is a lovely blog and you are so generous to take the time to be encouraging.

  • Angela - Linsey, if I didn’t have two little boys and a husband who would think I am crazy, I would get in my car and drive from Virginia to Tennessee to hug you. You are a precious soul, and yes, you make a difference even through the internet!
I can say your words were such an encouragement to me during some difficult years while living in Dallas and wanting to move back to Virginia so badly. We did happily make the move back this past summer.
My decorating challenged self has been inspired by your décor photos and posts and your dining room help transform mine from an empty room to a lovely space.
And most importantly, your blog has helped change the way our family eats. My six year old son is a nightmare if he ingests food dyes and certain preservatives. I never made the connection until reading about the Feingold Diet, and thanks to you we made huge changes!
So never doubt that even though your readers do not know you personally, we know your heart and think of you too!
    Have a beautiful day!ReplyCancel
